Habanero Aioli Recipe

Our aioli is served in our York Store Cafe with sweet potato fries. This has quickly become one of my favorite snacks here at Stonewall Kitchen. I find myself craving them while at work with just a glance at a Country Ketchup jar or Mango Hot Sauce bottle. The sweet & salty taste of the potatoes is even better with a kick of spice from this aioli ... as if you needed another reason to love sweet potato fries! (wink wink)

Habanero Aioli
Makes 1 cup

* 1-cup mayonnaise
* 1 1/2 teaspoon Stonewall Kitchen Habanero Mango Hot Sauce
* 1 teaspoon Stonewall Kitchen Country Ketchup
* 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

1. Combine all ingredients and mix until uniform. Refrigerate until used.
2. Delicious as a dip for potato or sweet potato fries. Also fantastic as a spread on roast beef or turkey sandwiches.

One more tasty way I've found to use aioli is on crab cakes or with fish & chips.
